TERMS OF SERVICE

  • ▶️ Data

  • Data about the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with others. The exchange of messages is also confidential and is archived for the purpose of processing until the order is completed.

  • ▶️ Payment

  • Payment is made ONLY by PayPal. Exceptions (wire transfer, exchange) will be approved only in rare cases and only by the contractor (Riisaarts). "Advertising" or "Exposure" are not valid forms of payment.

  • ▶️ Corrections:

  • Small corrections are free of charge in limited quantity. The quantity is at the discretion of the contractor (Riisaarts). However, if too many and/or too large changes are requested, an additional fee will be charged. In case of a complete

  • revision of the final artwork, a fee equal to the full contract price will apply.

  • ▶️Projects run as follows:

  • Inquiry Sketch Phase Deposit 50% Final artwork Payment 100% Submission.

  • ▶️ Sketch Phase:

  • Inquiry and sketch phase are not binding and serve as an orientation for the client and customer.

  • ▶️Client and customer.

  • Payment of at least 50% of the order cost is made after the client accepts the sketches. After the payment the order is binding. The 50% fee after the sketching phase is non-refundable.

  • ▶️ Refund

  • Refund of any fee at the request of the client cannot be made. However, the contractor (Riisaarts) has the right to cancel or refuse an order without justification. If an order is canceled, all fees made for the order will be refunded in full.

Commercial

  • Commercial use and rights of use

  • The client is obliged to inform the contractor as soon as he considers a commercial use of the commission!

  • Commercial use means that the client intends to reproduce the commission and make a profit from it (e.g. by printing merchandise & autograph cards).

  • Commercial use also includes commissions with which the client wants to promote himself (commissions for YouTube, Twitch, etc.).

  • Private use is related to non-profit sites like Instagram and Twitter (e.g. profile pictures, one-time print for your own room wall, as private PC/mobile phone background etc.)

  • Price 2x

  • Anything to be duplicated and sold e.g. merchandise, autograph cards, prints, etc.
